Boris Nikolic

Boris Nikolic is a biotech venture capitalist and physician. According to Fox Business, he completed postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School, where he also served as an assistant professor, and he is the co-founder and managing director of Biomatics Capital, a healthcare and life sciences venture firm. Fox Business reports that he previously served as chief adviser for science and technology to Bill Gates.

Nikolic’s documented appearance in connection with Jeffrey Epstein centers on Epstein’s will. The will was signed on August 8, 2019, two days before Epstein’s death on August 10, 2019, and it named Nikolic as a backup executor. Fox Business reports that he was named the “successor executor,” meaning he would have been responsible for the estate only if the two primary executors became unable or unwilling to serve; court records cited by Fox Business show that, unlike the two primary executors, no oath was filed by Nikolic. Fox News reports that the will, filed in the U.S. Virgin Islands, transferred approximately $578 million in assets to an entity called “The 1953 Trust.”
