Ron Baron

Ron Baron (born 1943) is the founder and chairman of Baron Capital Management, a New York City-based investment management firm.

Baron’s name appears in the Epstein files in connection with a December 2014 breakfast at Epstein’s New York home. The released files document, in connection with businessman Josh Harris, that emails show Harris met Epstein, Gates, and Ron Baron at Epstein’s New York home in 2014. The Philadelphia Inquirer reported on January 30, 2026 that an invitation circulated by Epstein’s office proposed a breakfast on December 5, 2014 at Epstein’s New York home, and that the intended attendees included “ron baron, the founder of Baron Capital,” along with Bill Gates, Leon Black, Reid Hoffman, and Josh Harris. The Inquirer also reported that in January 2015 Epstein wrote that he “had a recent breadkfst at the hosue with ron baron. josh harris, and billgates.”
